Wellspring By Silks Jiao Xi

My goodness, where do I begin? I have stayed in hotels all over the world. This is my 30th country, and Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi has surpassed them all. What sets this amazing hotel apart is that it's a whole experience, and the experience doesn't end when you enter your room. I was allowed to check in early by the friendly ladies at the front desk, who spoke very good English and informed me I'd been upgraded. An unexpected but delightful surprise. I was handed a gift- a box containing 8 packets of dried fruit tea, and a voucher to visit a botanical garden of rare orchids. My room took my breath away. There were foam slippers (not the flimsy paper ones), cotton pajamas on the bed, a whole tea set awaiting my first brew, a comfortable couch, a Japanese toilet with all the bells and whistles, and the star of the show: my private hot spring tub on the balcony! Of course I booked this, but seeing it in person with all the additional little touches made me feel like a celebrity. Aside from the room, the hotel offers a wide variety of amenities: snacks and tea in the lobby, a free Happy Hour with hors d'ouvres and wine, a stunning rooftop pool, a movie screening on the roof, a gym with state of the art equipment, an art gallery and the opportunity to attend crafting classes (what?!), amenities for children, a gourmet restaurant, included gourmet breakfast representing Chinese, Japanese, and European dishes, wifi, access to another indoor hot spring nextdoor, and so much more. When I returned from being gone, housekeeping had left four (!) types of beverages and a couple premium face masks. My only regret is that I didn't have anyone with whom to share the experience. I would definitely book a Wellspring by Silks hotel again in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable trip to Taiwan!

We enjoyed our stay at Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi! The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The roof floor pool and hot spring provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The service was exceptional! We especially appreciate the front desk staff; their warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely welcomed the moment we arrived. It was such a treat to celebrate the Mother's Day at the hotel.

Would like to thank your great staffs: Kevin, Teresa, the gentleman at the restaurant during dinner. They all really make us feel like we are being pampered. They provide services with a big smile on their faces. Great job! The bidet in room 605 does not work and should be addressed.

It's my 2nd visit to wellspring , the check-in staff - Ark attended us with friendly professional service, we felt at home already 👍💞 Nice , clean, cozy room fully facilitied, in-room hot spring is definitely a retreat ! had relax time with white wine and savory during night time happy hour. Next day buffet breakfast is fantastic and staff are great 👍👍 Hotel shuttle to train station - Kevin 給你贊！ Mom and I had a wonderful getaway trip and shall be back soon
