We came here for the second time in three days. The environment is very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. I got 昌哥。I got the 穴位按摩。Great technique, strength is just right and he found the all my pain spots. Felt so much better after the massage! I’d highly recommend this place if you around the area.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is good. And overall experience is nice!
This hotel was made absolutely fantastic by the staff! The manager, Jerry, is really great. I had an issue with the first room and he moved me immediately no questions asked the rooms are a little bit out of date they clearly need a bit of a refresh but I'm finding that's the case across all of Taiwan, and for the price point considering it's a tourist destination famous for hot springs, it's quite reasonable especially with but hot Spring in your own bathroom!! Breakfast is simple but nice. Jerry recommended a great local noodle place which really blew me away, most of the staff don't speak English but with Google translate it all worked out and most importantly they were really nice!
We’ve stayed two nights at Vesty hotel. Hotel location is good, 10 min walk to the Main Street with many restaurants and stores. Hot spring bathtub in room is great too. There are two issues might be able to be improved. The first is, the breakfast is good and enough, however all dishes are almost cooked without oils, so it’s not tasty. I will recommend to have pure vegetable salad (without any cooking), and keep others by grilling with oils. The second is, the AC is central controlled by hotel, however when it’s under 17 degrees, it’s cold and we can’t adjust ac to heater. The reception offered us a heater, but when we used for more than 10 min, our room electricity was shutdown ( it happened twice) pretty annoyed. The electricity capacity need to be refined. Others are all great, the owner is generous and offer free drinks (coffee, tea, some light beverages) , snacks at restaurants. We will surely come back when visiting Jiaoxi。
All the other hotels are full and lucky we found this one surprisingly the room is quite spacious with a decent washroom. They have some snacks in the afternoon for the guests at the hotel. Quite enough for snack time.
The price is surprisingly reasonable compared to other hotels around the area, it might not be an high end hotel but it's enough.
