The room is clean and well facilitied thought no They also provide a small caddy of Taiwanese tea leaves for you to make tea. There is a jacuzzi in the room however the pipes aren't clean even after being pumped twice. There were lots of bits floating in the water. The drinks in the fridge are free and refilled daily. I enjoyed the Bidet toilet. The lid will open automatically when sensing you around. The only downside was that it would also open again after you closed it and flushed the toilet, which means no need to close the lid during the flushing. Lol. There's no port for the usb cable by the way. You need to use a charger.

If you’re planning a trip to Taiwan, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. From the excellent location to the outstanding service, everything made my stay truly memorable. As a solo traveler, I felt especially well taken care of. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to recommend places to visit, restaurants, and transportation options, which made exploring the city much easier. One thing that really impressed me was how efficient the hotel was. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly fast and seamless, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the complimentary minibar and the delicious tea provided by the hotel—it was such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, a fantastic location, and an incredibly efficient team make this hotel stand out. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taiwan and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This hotel is excellent. The facilities are well-equipped, and everything—from the bathroom to the bed—feels thoughtfully designed. The quality is definitely worth more than the price. Parking is limited, but there are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast selection is not extensive, but the quality is good.

Really nice hotel - super friendly staff who made our stay over New Year’s Eve feel super special. I would give this hotel 4.5 stars - the room had heaps of amenities and a really great bath. The only downsides were the washer / dryer would always get stuck on cool down mode and as such the door wouldn’t open for a long time, the other downside is that the tap in the bath room was quite awkward to use - it would always drip onto the bathroom bench and water would go everywhere. Location: great location - about a 10 minutes before walk to MRT and a 20 minute walk to the main Taipei train station so a good option if you are a fan of getting the airport train. That being said - I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, the price seemed reasonable considering we were staying here in peak period on a big holiday.
