Thank you for making my day. By chance staying here during my birthday, it’s surprised to have a cake and card from hotel. You make the day a bit special and thanks for letting me feel so.
It’s a trustful and all the best you can experience about Taiwan in the hotel and nearby. I choose it every time when I am back.
A special mention to Mr Jason Keh, who was incredibly kind and helpful as I was leaving the hotel. He took care of my luggage and helped load everything into the car. Such a warm, attentive and genuinely lovely person. A real credit to the hotel. Thank you, Jason!
Chloe Christine David were absolutely wonderful and kind. I am so grateful that they even helped me find my lost phone! If I visit Taiwan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything.
The hotel is very nice and in the perfect location to explore Taipei’s, but best of all the service is top notch. Maggie and Rudi helped us navigate changing out booking even though booking.com said we couldn’t, and helped communicate with a previous hotel to courier a forgotten item, so helpful!
My family and I stayed here this week for two nights. The service from Chloe is super friendly and professional. Check-in process was smooth with useful information elaborated properly. The room is comfy and spacious. We got nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back again!
