Overall better than average. Front desk staff are pleasant. A little bit older hotel, it definitely needs some updating and remodeling to make staying more comfortable.

Not bad. Facility kinda old and still well maintained. The breakfast has a wide spread and taste good.

This was an excellent stay - modern, comfortable, and great value for the price. My room was spacious with a queen bed, city view, desk, armchair, and a clean, well-designed bathroom. The staff were friendly and professional, and the front desk spoke excellent English, even accommodating my request to store my bags all day after checkout, as I had a flight that evening and used my time in the day to explore Hsinchu. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - a generous spread of local and Western options, with the lemon pepper chicken bites being particularly tasty. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and overall, it felt like a polished, well-run hotel perfect for both short and longer stays.

Stayed in twin room for 2 nights. The room and toilet is huge. Bed is firm to my liking so very comfortable. Location wise - there's a bit of walking from train station. there's many food options around so it's fairly convenient. The hotel has 24 hr lounge area on level 1 where you can enjoy a cup of coffee/tea, snack or top up your water bottle. There's free laundry & dryer on level 12, superb! Very friendly receptionist. Great hotel, highly recommended.
