Staffs were nice and friendly, and hotel is in a great location. But considering the hotel is advertised as 4 star hotel, and by those advertised photos, overall product was quite unsatisfactory. Hotel corridor and the room was smelly (I suppose mould smell or just from poorly maintained a/c). Carpet had mould, the chair in the hotel room had mould on it too. Given what I have paid for this hotel during this peak season, I could have enjoyed more comfortably at other 4 star hotels.

The location is convenient. There are many selections of food around. The building is clean and bright looking. The room felt nice. The gym was well maintained at b1. (Probably not that many people had used it) I was able to do laundry in b2. My overall experience was good. The price was very reasonable. The soundproof could be better.

Very decent hotel with excellent value for money / CP. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom with jacuzzi is truly very spacious. The receptionist team was very professional, friendly and helpful. Lastly, it’s a very good location with loads of eateries and shops a block away (pedestrian friendly streets).
