Had a very comfortable stay at Taipei Fullerton Hotel. The hotel is a short 2-3 minute walk from Da An subway station, room was clean and spacious, complimentary buffet breakfast was consistently decent and service was good as well. Various eateries in the area, including a popular steak restaurant and a great kombucha outlet. Would come back again!
Very nice location and comfortable environment. Check in was smooth and accommodating to my requirements. Stayed three days before my bike ride across central mountains and they will hold my luggage. Anna at the front desk was super helpful in my final preparations and final logistics. Definitely recommend staying here.
I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Taipei Fullerton Hotel Fuxing South. I arrived early and was warmly welcomed by Anna at the front desk. She assisted me to store my luggage until I could check in, made sure I was comfortable in the lounge, and even arranged an earlier check-in. Naturally that may not always be available, but it was great how accommodating Anna and the staff were. The room itself was large, clean, and very comfortable. It had two good sized windows that opened, something I value highly in a hotel room I always prefer fresh air vs. AC when possible. I will stay at Taipei Fullerton the next time I am in Taipei. The hotel has a great location. The things I love most about Taiwan — vegan food and great massage — are both close by. Many vegan restaurants in the immediate area and a yummy hole-in-the-wall baozi place just steps away. Favorite massage place is 2 min away across from Starbucks. My one wish for Hotel Fullerton would be vegan cookie options in the lobby waiting area.

Anna is a very helpful, warm and hospitable hotel staff. Really appreciate her while we were staying there. She helped us contact a restaurant we wanted to go to and suggest places for us to go. The room we stayed in was small. First two nights the sheets were very dirty, I even had to put a small sign to tell house keeping that I needed to be replaced. The next night, there were still stains on the new sheets. The toilets were generally clean but it's quite dated, so there were a bit of old stains and mold in the cracks. The plumbing needs to be looked into cos there was always a foul smell. The breakfast is very basic, simple but still enjoyable. We enjoyed the morning fruits, croissant, scrambled eggs, and variety of local vegetables daily. The Daan station is only 5 minutes away and there are a few convenience stores nearby. Would we come back again? Most likely not.
