You are greeted at Taipei Fullerton North with warmth, friendly, hospitable and very accommodating team and is continuously ensuring the comfortability of the visitors. My friends and I were on a cycling trip and because upon our return we will be staying at Taipei Fullerton North, they allowed us to leave our bike bags which helped us alot. From front desk to restaurant to house keeping, everyone is ever so friendly.
Give 5 start for everything except rooms due to the gym which I felt was so small and it did not maximise the space provided and theres a huge garden space which they could have used alot of that space to enlarge the gym space more.

Hotel is near Songshan airport and well connected by public transport. We asked one of the staff Arthur to help make a call to confirm our transport to the airport and he gladly obliged. He also helped when we needed taxi booking. We’re impressed by his service from the heart.
Although the room is a little dated, it’s well maintained. With comfortable bathrobe and other amenities, and a good size bath tub, we truly enjoyed our one night stay.
Breakfast was another treat with good selection. One can also feel the hotel’s attention to details. We look forward to staying again.

I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special shout-out to Arthur, whose service went far beyond our expectations. He consistently went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which truly made our stay memorable.
The room and facilities were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. While the room was not very large, every detail felt refined and elegant. The quality of the amenities, layout, and overall design exceeded our expectations and made the space feel both comfortable and luxurious.
We also enjoyed the restaurant very much. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was beautifully presented with an excellent variety of choices. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
Excellent stay in Taipei!
Every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of Asian dishes, outstanding quality, and also à la carte options.
A special thank you to Jason for arranging an early check-in at 12 noon instead of 3 PM. After a long flight from Switzerland, it was incredibly helpful to be able to rest immediately.

Great stay here! Room did seem a little older, but was comfortable and well organized. Location is super convenient, lovely part of Taipei with plenty of restaurants and easy access to public transport, plus very close to Songshan airport. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, shoutout to Taka and Sven for being very attentive and fantastic hosts while I was there. Would stay here again!
