We were here for straight 3 nights 4 days during our Taipei trip and everything was perfect. There was a buzzing street a stone throw away with so much to do nearby (added photos) and the hotel itself was extremely well kept and clean. The service and staff were amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel I’m so glad we picked it. Eddie was so warm n welcoming every time we walked in. Would surly come back
The hotel is located 10mins walk from metro, convenient if you want to explore ximending area with a lot to offer for young crowd. The staffs are friendly. The rooms are very small, and my deluxe room has two windows but both facing other buildings that are very close, they can look right into the room, I’d rather have room without a window at this point. The second floor lounge provides free coffee and tea, but not until 10am in the morning when everyone is already out for the day. Which doesn’t make any sense. Even a small hostel offers free coffee 24/7. It’s such a disappointment for Marriott brand. You can get better accommodation With this price tag.
Staff and service are excellent. Everyone is very helpful service with a smile.thank you all for a great stay we definitely will be back. A few point to consider breakfast is great too much and considerably highly priced for some one who need a smaller breakfast and a cup of coffee in the morning. A lot of us traveler now a day travel light with wash and ware clothes that does no need dry cleaners or per piece prices. Aa simple coin washing machine and dryer will be greatly appreciated by us and will put your hotel on the top of the list for allot of us. Hope that is helpful.
10 - 15 minute walking from the subway station. The hotel offers shuttle bus upon request, but it costs similar time (that's why I didn't use it) The environment around is...🤪 (Don't worry! It's safe to live in Taipei. You would know what I want to say when going there!😁) The room esp. the bathroom is a little small. Good sides: Very nice staff! Very good breakfast! You may order a main course (beef noodle, seafood congee... change everyday) + semi buffet for snacks and drinks). The main courses are very good! Good view in upper floors. The photos are taken in the restaurant for breakfast.
One of the best hotel experiences I had in 2025. This was for our family trip of 4 in Taiwan from Taipei to Taichung to Kaohsiung and back to Taipei. Suz & Catorze was our last hotel and by far one of the best experience I had in 2025 and one of the best for my family too. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Clean and good layout. Very modern and chic IMHO. Good toilet and shower setup so it separated and more convenient when you have 2 pax in the room. Water pressure was decent. Hot water a few tries to learn how to control it - but maybe just the user (us) problem. Was given 2 free bottled water and 2 cans of sodas and some snacks. There were bedroom slippers and simple disposable amenities provided - toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver & shower cap. Requested for extra towels as we did not want to be disturbed as it was only for 2 nights which hotel provided before we check in. Staff were super friendly even when we check in at 11pm or so. Helped with luggage and clarifying some questions on location and stuff. There is a complimentary coffee and snack corner at level 2 from 10am to 9pm (I think it was 9pm). Definitely a plus as I need morning coffee. Snacks for my kids. Good rest and relax area too. Very well setup. Gym was a bit small but had the basic equipment needed for body maintenance. Location of the property is within walking distance (10 minutes or so) to 西门丁。 Pretty comfortable and safe walk for a family. There is a bike store around the corner and a temple nearby in the direction of the 西门丁。 Well done Suz & Catorze. Thank you for the wonderful last stop to our Taiwan 2025 trip. Hope to be able to stay at your property with my family again. Hopefully for a long duration as well.
