When i arrived at the hotel , the staff kindly greet me in front of the gate and helping me with my luggage. The executive lounge staffs service also very good and attentive. However after checking in i thought the room would be great. turnsout the room a bit dirty there is some hair on both of the beds, i think the housekeeping should pay attention more to the cleanliness. Usually i have been stay for more than 3 times there is never a problem with the cleanliness. Keep it up 👍
Exceptional clean and friendly staff at reception. They tried their best to arrange accommodation for you even the hotel is almost fully booked. Due to typhoon , a lot of travelers flight have been cancelled. We have to extend the stay. The staff helped my colleagues to extend the stay in same room.
Sheraton never fails when it comes to a cosy, comfortable bed with luxurious, top-quality linens! ❤️ We stayed just one night in a suite, but it was such a lovely and restful stay. The location is great too, just 8 minutes from a huge shopping mall and a 12-minute walk to a fantastic shrimp restaurant around the corner, which is definitely a must-try if you’re in the area! 🦐
Sheraton Hsinchu sits in downtown Zhubei, in Hsinchu County’s commercial hub. A stay in the Sheraton Suite was defined by generous outlooks over both the city and the countryside, paired with a location that made shopping straightforward on foot. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping centers and malls. Far East Zhubei was an easy and enjoyable outing. That convenience is one of the property’s clearest strengths for a leisure or mixed trip. The suite itself was beautiful and well suited to the dual views. The building, opened around 2010, feels older in parts of the public offering. That showed most clearly in the spa, where sanitation issues appeared during the visit; hotel management responded very quickly. Breakfast was a brighter note. The buffet had lots of selections and was easy to enjoy as a daily routine. Service on the management side was timely once the spa problem was raised. Whether those improvements hold will be clearer on a return visit. Verdict: Sheraton Hsinchu works well for suite views, breakfast variety, and walkable access to Zhubei retail, especially Far Eastern Zhubei. The older property and spa cleanliness need watching; management’s fast response was encouraging. I would consider staying again to see if the spa standard has been raised.
Overall this is a nice property. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the office supplies available. It's definitely set up primarily as a business hotel with all the conductor companies nearby. There are several restruants, a mall, 2 large temples, a laundry mat and a cinema within a short walking distance. Family Mart is directly across the street on one side. The executive lounge is huge, but always pretty full. They do open up overflow and we always got a seat. This is the only lounge we've been in that has alcohol available all day, and during cocktail hour they have some very nice drink offerings. Food was pretty good too. They still offer breakfast (with made to order eggs!) directly in the lounge which I love. While there are plenty of nice business people in the lounge, throughout our 2 week stay there were 2-3 good sized groups of stereo typical "tech bros" at any given time. Loud, lots of F bombs being used, and generally ruining the atmosphere. No one ever asked them to quiet down or watch their language that I saw, but the moment I took out a card game staff told me we could not play before I even dealt (and no I was not shuffling loudly, etc). That was frustrating (we were eventually able to work being allowed to play in an attached conference room). The pool and gym were busy at all hours. If you need to exchange some cash, only the lead person in the reservation is allowed to do so 🤷♀️.
