Ok
I arrived at 3 PM as planned, but there was no one to greet me at the door! The door was closed, and I had to open it manually. Even then, a businessman from across the street had to help me open it. Once inside, there was no one at the counter, and I couldn't contact anyone. I couldn't cancel my Booking.com reservation, so I had no choice but to wait. After waiting for an hour, I got impatient and went upstairs to find the manager. The manager came down without any intention of apologizing, just went to the counter to register me, and then said, "Your room isn't ready yet!" I angrily said, "It's already 4:20 PM!" She said, "We were fully booked yesterday!" That was the only reply. She said there was only one housekeeping staff member. They said they'd let us check in any later, but told us we had to check out by 11 PM. Excuse me, if we're checking out by 11 PM, how come the room still wasn't ready when we arrived?! I've never seen such service. I sincerely do not recommend it to anyone. The only good thing is that the air conditioning is very cold and comfortable, and the water pressure is strong, making showering very comfortable. Zero other service! Thank you.
Absolutely not! If I could give it 0 stars, I would definitely give it 0 stars! There was a strong musty smell as soon as I entered the room! The carpet and bathtub in the bathroom were also quite dirty. That's not all; the most obvious thing is that the wallpaper on the walls was peeling off. Wouldn't they have noticed this when they went in to clean and fix it? (Or perhaps they weren't even cleaning?) In short, the room was small, the bathtub was small, the soundproofing was poor, the decor was shabby, the facilities were subpar, the toilet door was difficult to close (it was crooked) and the lock felt like it was about to break, and what I found most incomprehensible was... the floor was leaking water!! After barely managing to sleep one night, I was woken up early because of the poor soundproofing. After hearing a group of people leave, it seemed someone came to clean the room, and then suddenly someone opened our door! I was dumbfounded = = Didn't they even check which rooms had already been checked out before cleaning? And didn't they even know the most basic rule of knocking before opening the door? Afterwards, I kept hearing the cleaning staff opening other people's doors... A very, very, very, very badly recommended hotel? I will never stay there again! I hope everyone won't be fooled! The online photos are beautiful, but the reality is completely different. It's not cheap either... 2xxx is extremely not worth it! Highly, highly, highly not recommended!
We needed a place to sleep around 4 or 5 AM, and after checking several hotels, we found they only offered two hours of rest but charged 700-800 yuan. With three of us, the price would have been around 1000 yuan. Luckily, the staff at this hotel approached us and offered a double suite for 800 yuan (no extra charge for a third person), with check-out at noon. Considering we just needed a nap, it was incredibly cheap and a great deal. The room was basic, small, nothing special or fancy, but everything was clean and tidy, making it very relaxing. There was also a parking lot across the street, which was quite convenient. Although the reviews were generally bad, I personally found it acceptable. For that price, cleanliness and comfort were commendable.
