Amazing hotel in almost all aspects but most of all for the outstanding service. Staff are motivated, proactive and sincere in their service delivery. The manner of greeting (by Jasmine, the reception staff on duty) the moment we stepped into the lounge for check in made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our check out experience was equally outstanding. The two gentlemen on duty ensured we got to our next destination smoothly by getting a driver and giving specific instructions about our destination. They also assisted us with our luggage. The hotel management must be doing a great job with staff training and morale. It stands in stark contrast to many hotel reception service which is perfunctory at best. This is a hotel with both hardware and software in place. Without a doubt, my group will stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Taipei.

This is a really nice hotel in a great location only 2 blocks from 2 metro lines. The breakfast here is the best I've had at a hotel by far. Everything was prepared to perfection and there a great variety of options. The room also came with daily snacks and drinks, including beer. I highly recommend this property when visiting Taipei. I would certainly stay here if I come back.

Ms. Zeny consistently delivered outstanding and attentive service, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit. Furthermore, the cafe staff exhibited a commendable level of professionalism, enhancing our daily dining experiences.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Everything was great: decent sized room, comfortable bed and linen, prompt service, clean room, spotless room service and daily refill of complimentary bar snacks and drinks. I was solo traveling and felt very safe in the area. It’s definitely family friendly. It’s close to the trains and buses and good restaurants nearby. The hotel also held my luggage for 2 days while I did sightseeing outside of town. Thank you.
