A special thank you to Candy at the reception for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. Since I was traveling with two colleagues, she arranged for all three of us to stay on the same floor, which we really appreciated. We also extended our stay by one night under a separate booking, and Candy managed to keep us in the same rooms without any hassle. Everything was sorted out efficiently within the same night. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help made a great impression on us. Candy’s outstanding service is definitely one of the reasons we will choose to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk from TaiMall, a laundrette, and many eateries. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with highlights including the stir-fried seafood noodles and kabayaki-style sea bream. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from Mr. Sugar at the Front Desk. As a non-Chinese-speaking guest, I encountered a frustrating delivery-related issue and found it extremely difficult to access customer support. Mr. Sugar went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation. He was patient, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring I received the assistance I needed. What could have been a very stressful experience was transformed into a positive and memorable one thanks to his kindness, professionalism, and dedication. Thank you, Mr. Sugar, for your exceptional hospitality and for making me feel so well looked after during my stay. The hotel was excellent, but your service was what truly stood out.
Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast on the 3rd floor has a lot of choices and we never ran out of tasty things to try. The hotel staff put in a lot of work to make you feel welcome. The only thing about the building is an occasional pocket of musty air, but I would definitely stay here again if you needed to be close to the airport or Taoyuan Business District. Lots of air crew and transit passengers coming through the lobby.
didn't get any interesting experience here unless the location part. pretty close to airport, far away to taipei. there are many restaurants nearby, mall, convenient stores, bubble tea shops, and that's it. old vibes and smelly room. not sure where it came from. myb the carpet or bed linen. but totally disturbing your nose. they don't provide anything in the room. not even iron. don't expect anything inside the bathroom either bcs there were only towels, glasses and hairdryer. unfriendly and unhelpful front desk staffs. got racist treatment bcs they seem really nice to western guests ONLY, not the asian. some other men staffs that weren't also really nice as customer service. they spoke very casual as if i'm their friend😂
I had a horrible experience on staying in this hotel. If you are considering this hotel, please don’t choose it: - My stay was on 3 April 2026. - The temperature of air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted, which made the room excessively cold. - This problem severely affected my lodging experience and the quality of my sleep. - I reported the issue to Manager Jiang at the hotel front desk, who confirmed that the air conditioning system was indeed malfunctioning. However, the staff did not effectively resolve the problem — no technician was arranged for repairs, nor was I offered any compensation or a room change. - After my stay, I filed a complaint to Agoda. However, the hotel declined to make any compensation and denied its mistake.
