Reviews
Rooms are small and less equipt. Not good for a long stay. 1-2 days are okay.
Coffee machine at reception is good. Water dispenser at reception is also good idea for environmental reasons.
Staff is cooperative but not very good in English language.
The room didn't match the photo. The room was dirty, musty, and the bottom of the walls appeared moldy. The internet was intermittent. (They indicated sometimes people using foreign devices have problems.) Location was great, a short walk from Taipei 101. If they cleaned the place with bleach and gave it a fresh coat of paint it would rate much higher. The desk clerks were all very friendly.
Abby the receptionist has been the sunniest most helpful person ever! From the second we stepped in, she spoke great English & Chinese to us. Whatever little things we need, she helped us swiftly. When my baby vomited on the bed at night, she singlehandedly changed the bedsheet and blanket with such graciousness. We’re really grateful for all your help and for making our stay lovely🥰 The hotel’s lcoation is also convenient, beside there’s Mos burger and 7 eleven. Walkable to Taipei 101 and the station.
Dont have photo but what you see is what you get. Staffs are very accommodating! From the moment you arrive up to the last minute before you leave. You can even ask them to book you a uber to the airport. Well verse in english too!
While this hotel was a bit of a stretch for my budget, the prime location makes it worth the price. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay!
