This was my first time visiting Taipei, and my four-night stay ( August 2026)at the Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived until the second I left, the staff made me feel completely cherished—it truly felt like being welcomed back home. The personalized service here is unmatched. A special thank you to Bobbie at the door for the incredibly warm welcome, Xavier at reception for his seamless and professional assistance during check-in, and Olivia for the thoughtful goodbye gift that sent me on my way beautifully. They are a true credit to the hotel. My room was spectacular. The room was huge, featuring a completely separate lounge and bedroom, alongside a stunning, spa-style bathroom that offered the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. For dining, dinner at Ya Ge was exquisite. Every dish was a masterpiece, matching the high standards of the rest of the property.I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Taipei, and cannot wait to return!

I had a wonderful lunch experience at Café at The Mandarin Oriental today. The food selection may not be the largest, but everything felt carefully curated and well presented, with an especially impressive variety of desserts. What really stood out was the service. The entire dining experience was smooth, relaxed, and never felt rushed. Christina and Tristan were both incredibly attentive and genuinely focused on our needs. They noticed the little details without being intrusive, which made the whole experience feel very comfortable and effortless. Overall, excellent service, great food, and a very relaxing dining experience. I would definitely come back again.
What truly sets a hotel apart isn't just its beautiful design, luxurious amenities, high thread-count sheets, or immaculate surroundings - it's how welcome the staff make you feel. Genuine hospitality is what transforms a nice hotel into an unforgettable experience. I would especially like to recognize Rodel, the Assistant Manager of Un, Deux, Trois, visiting from Doha. He was exceptionally kind, genuinely interested in making our stay memorable, and incredibly attentive. He seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. Beyond his professionalism, he was warm, engaging, and a pleasure to talk with. He is truly a tremendous asset to your hotel. I would also like to commend I Yang, who went above and beyond to accommodate us after our long journey. He recognized that we had traveled a great distance and made every effort to ensure we culd settle in comfortably and get the rest we needed. His thoughfulness was deeply appreciated. This was our second stay at this property, and it is quickly becoming our favorite hotel in Taipei. The outstanding service and genuine hospitality keep us coming back. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Taipei!
I’ve stayed at this hotel three times so far, and it never disappoints. The breakfast is always delicious, and the dim sum from room service is absolutely outstanding. But what really stands out is the bed—it’s on another level. I had one of the rooms on the 16th floor with a beautiful view of Taipei 101, which made the stay even more memorable. Whenever I visit Taipei, this is the hotel I always want to come back to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional comfort, great food, and excellent service. ( amenities are Diptyque!!!!! )
This hotel has exceptional service. Breakfast is a bit over priced but everything else is beautiful. Great location. So many places to eat around. You must take pictures in the lobby. They have a beautiful chandelier. Place gets very busy for weddings and ceremonies. That's how you can tell this place is highly recommended. Rooms are very spacious and relaxing. The gym doesn't have much equipment but you can get a great workout in.
