Les Suites Hotel Taipei Da’an is a classic business hotel that feels intimate rather than large, yet it delivers impressive comfort and genuine hospitality. What stood out most was the exceptional care we received when our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon. A big thank you to David, who patiently helped us arrange an extension of our stay and made a potentially stressful situation remarkably smooth and worry-free. Another pleasant surprise was the breakfast. The chefs in the kitchen prepared an outstanding spread that far exceeded what we expected from a small to medium-scale business hotel. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented. The rest of the team matched this high standard. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, attentive, and warm in their interactions. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, with rooms that feel well-kept and relaxing. A daily highlight was the free flow of beer and wine for hotel guests from 5 to 7 pm, a generous and enjoyable way to unwind each evening. Overall, Les Suites Hotel Taipei Da’an offered a welcoming and smoothly run stay. We would gladly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.

While I had a wonderful experience during my first stay here years ago, this return trip was deeply disappointing due to unacceptable customer service from a staff member. On our first day during check in, Staff on duty welcomed us and invited us to have a drink at the lounge. Believing beverages were included, I took a cup of latte and a cup of orange juice. Instead of politely clarifying the lounge policy, she glared at us and sternly told us taking orange juice was not allowed. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I found this demeanor incredibly unprofessional and harsh. Out of respect for her job and livelihood, I kept quiet at the time. Unfortunately, the treatment continued on our check out day. The day before, my father had unfortunately been injured by a piece of furniture in the hotel room. The hotel provided a small ziplock bag containing gauze, for which we were grateful. However, upon check out, we were asked to return the empty ziplock bag, something that was never communicated to us previously. When we mentioned we did not have it anymore, we were met with another uncomfortable, hostile glare as if we owed them something. To experience this level of unfriendliness especially after a family member was injured on the property completely ruined our trip. Given how warm and stellar the service used to be here, this stark drop in standards is heartbreaking. Management really needs to address staff training and customer relations. An update on the case: No apology was given by the staff directly but the Manager, Mr Huang, was very warm and hospitable and addressed the issue with me with sincerity. I appreciate him speaking with me and apologising on the staff behalf when it was not even his fault. However, I can’t help but still feel frustrated by the staff’s attitude towards my father and me. In retrospect, I will still consider coming back to this hotel, due to the other staffs’ hospitality and the manager of this hotel is a nice person. Thank you.
Quiet and convenient location. Walking distance from Daan and ZhongXiao FuXing MRT. I love the lounge area very much, everyday 5-7pm, they provide light snacks and beverage for chilling out. The room is very comfy, i enjoyed the bath tub as well. They do not provide one time use items - toothbrush & toothpaste, i brought my own when stayed here.
One of the best experiences that I've ever had at an hotel. The service is topnotch. Makes one feel like a king. The breakfast buffet is incredible! The neighborhood is verly pleasant to walk around in too, even with kids.
A very nice hotel in the downtown of Taipei. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a very comfortable stay. Only point for consideration is - They should add more breakfast options, especially for Foreign guests. It was mostly local food in the menu, which was sometimes not suited for others.
