Very old. Dim light. Not generous. Morning omelette only 1 small piece of bacon, shower suddenly cold and hot, apparently very very old system. The only good thing is staff service good except some foreign workers, chinese cannot speak and english only little pull down the whole service level Local staff good .

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Les Suites. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. My only reason for 4/5 stars is the my room on the 7th floor got very hot and the aircon was stuck on 24C, despite setting it to 17C. Staff did what they could to make me comfortable and the second night I was moved to much larger and much cooler room on the 2nd floor. Breakfast had both Asian and western options and the unlimited coffee was a great bonus. 10/10 recommend!
We stayed two nights at Les Suites Taipei and we are so glad we chose this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Taipei’s major attractions, with endless restaurants and shopping nearby and a metro station just steps away. Even though it is in a busy part of the city, the hotel is designed so well that you hardly notice the bustle outside. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, with thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine and a small plate of fresh fruit. We did not make it to breakfast, but we did enjoy the happy hour spread, which was truly impressive. It makes us imagine how nice the breakfast buffet must be. The best part of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel at home. Special thanks to Roy at the front desk, the young gentleman who assisted us during checkout, and Oliver and Karen during happy hour. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again for the convenience, comfort, and wonderful service.
After finding out Airbnb's for shorter than 30 days are illegal in Taiwan, I was scrambling to find another option for our family with 4 children ages 5 to 10. This place worked out great! The free breakfast and happy hour (basically dinner) made our 4-day trip a breeze. There are multiple convenient stores, bakeries, and tons of other restaurants on the same block. It is just steps from two metro different metro lines. Front desk staff were very nice. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was a lot cheaper than similar 5 star hotels. Had a great stay and my kids are already asking to come back.
Very wonderful hotel with very nice settings, comfortable room, convenient location (right next to the Metro, bus stations and Taipei Arena 小巨蛋), friendly staff and delicious breakfast and happy hour. We have been staying here during our last 3 trips and it remains to be our favorite hotel! This most recent trip, Mr. 慈 at the front desk made us feel especially welcomed, my wife and I really appreciate the warm reception after a long flight from Los Angeles.
