Nothing says “hospitality” quite like serving raw chicken for breakfast. To be fair, everyone we spoke to was very polite. The manager apologized. The chef apologized. The front desk apologized. What impressed me most was the consistency. No matter who we talked to, the response was exactly the same: “Sorry.” It really makes me wonder whether “Sorry” is the only thing covered in the group’s training manual.

The event space was elegant, well organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the preparation and event process, making everything smooth and efficient. The location is also very convenient for guests. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended for corporate events and business gatherings in Taipei
The service of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Came in early on a flight, was told that I am allowed to use the club facilities but no exceptions were granted to children to use their hot showers. The showers next to the pool at level 3 - really odd for such a posh hotel, only had cold water showers, I had to make do with a 3 year old. Not worthy of a 5 star hotel status too.
I wish I could have stayed here longer. My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful and the fresh fruit and cakes in my room were such a nice added touch. Excellent hotel gym and suana experience, too. The gym had everything I needed. I am a runner and I judge gyms based on if they have a foam roller or not. This hotel had 3, plus so much more equipment! I just wish it was a 24 hour gym.
We had 2 rooms a standard and a suite. The hotel by itself is great with both it’s hospitality and service but.. but .. give us our privacy. 1. The bathroom doors are sliding which leaves a gap in between. So friends and family have to be constantly aware to look away when passing the bathroom door. When you order room service you have to collect it at the door if someone is using the bathroom, to ensure privacy. It’s worse if you have guests or colleagues visiting your room. What’s wrong with you guys, is this how you live at home. 2. We had this room service guy who walked straight in without bothering to even knock.
