the room is good and comfortable. Air conditioning cannot change the temperature because it's central air. The bathroom has no lock. the location is incredible. close to local market, not far from train station and bus stop.

Location is very near to night market, go down u can see the night market stalls. Hotel room air con is centralized, I cannot turn off air con, can only adjust fan levels. Staff is friendly and good. When I told them that I feel very cold in the room, they provide me with a heater which works super well! Breakfast might need to improve as I stayed in here for 2 days, the breakfast is almost same. Fried egg is overcooked and dry. If take taxi to/from hotel, the traffic is quite troublesome to be take note of.

This hotel was great! Excellent service and clean rooms. The room has a coffee maker, and teapot with teas. The breakfast was delicious. Dumplings, a vegetable side, congee, a variety of fruits and orange juice, soy milk, salad and toast. It also was made there and varied by the day. I was impressed.

Location is great, in the middle of a night market. Room and upkeep is what you would expect from a reputable boutique hotel. Service on the other hand was appalling. We were dropped off at the shop beside the hotel because there wasn't a viable drop off point directly in front of the hotel. We were traveling with 4 adults plus 1 toddler and a 11month old and had 11 luggage different sized luggage between us. My wife who was carrying our son requested the help of the staff and they outright said No. After a stern stare from a very tired mother they reluctantly walked over and just stood there without lifting a finger. Worst service I have experienced thus far at least from the luggage handling side of things. After that though they were friendly, which was odd, as if they didn't acknowledge what had happened or they felt guilty. Highly wouldn't recommend for families. This establishment would be more suited for couples or business travelers who would blink twice at the lack of service.
