We have stayed at multiple hotels across Taiwan, including several 5-star properties that didn't quite live up to expectations, and this hotel easily topped them all. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was consistently warm and helpful, and having self-service washing machines was a huge convenience. The breakfast spread was well-rounded and delicious. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation whenever we return to Taipei.
We stayed a night here and the front desk staffs are superior. They helped us access the room when we forgot our room keys. They even offer a place for you to wait for the ride after checkout. The room is clean, comfy, and quiet and we are pleased with our stay.
We booked a 3 night stay with my friends, and we stayed in 2 separate rooms (1 triple bed and 1 king sized) from 25th to 28th June. All the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable except the king sized room which had an aircon issue. My friends stayed in 3 different rooms throughout their whole stay due to the aircon mishap. The room that they were changed to initially was going to be handed over to someone else on the 27th and had to switch rooms again, therefore the lack of 5 stars for their service (we felt that the staff could have coordinated better). Other than that, their staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to converse in english which was a plus.
Room was nice cans clean. Been staying in here for 7 days. Plan to come again Location is so convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed for the last day stay, the light was broken, it automatically turn on at 6am and once it turn off it will turn on again. Understand the staff is trying to fix it just a bit unlucky the light broken few hours before check out or it will be perfect stay.
On our 10-day tour of Taiwan in the April of 2025, we stayed at the K Hotels Taipei Chang-An. The rooms were very comfortable, diligently cleaned, and sufficiently spacious for two people. The bathrooms were excellent as was the electronically controlled bidet. This was especially nice in the cold and rainy season in Taiwan. The only disappointing aspect was that we did not enjoy the breakfast the hotel. As vegetarians, we found very limited options and eventually, after a few days, we decided to try different cafes in the area instead of having the package breakfast at the hotel. The staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful at all times. Do note that in Taiwan, by law, toothbrushes, toothpastes, and other disposables are not provided in the rooms but you can purchase them at the reception. The staff spoke good english which was helpful for us tourists. Also note that they follow the check-in time exactly at this hotel. Atleast, for us, we arrived early and were asked to wait at the dining floor until it was time to check-in. We were asked to avail ourselves to the free coffee, water, and biscuits available at all times on the dining floor. The staff were even kind enough to help us break open our own luggage with bolt cutters when the key combination got changed accidentally. In all, our stay was pleasant and I do recommend this hotel.
