Had an amazing short stay here during our 11-hour layover in Taiwan. The room was so nice and spacious, the shower was amazing. The beverages was also complimentary which was really nice. I love that it was also just nearby the airport since I wanted to get some rest after our flight. They also have a free shuttle to the airport which was so convenient since we just wanted to be able to get back to the airport easily. The buffet at Market Café was amazing as well. Hotel and restaurant staff was accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Taoyuan Airport before my long flight. The hotel was the perfect place to relax and recharge the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality that made the stay even better. What stood out the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I needed something printed before my flight, and one of the team members went above and beyond by using her own personal email to help me get it done. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to assist made a stressful travel moment much easier. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a welcoming and memorable experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Taoyuan Airport.
Stayed here while filming for Crash Course Hotels. Favorite feature: The MRT connection makes this far more practical than most airport hotels — 1-minute walk from the MRT exit, terminals in 4–6 minutes, downtown Taipei in 35. Amenities: Gym: Yes (large, well-spaced, well-staffed) Pool: Yes Pool Table: Yes (next to the gym — ask desk for assistance) Club Lounge: Yes (evening service) Airport Shuttle: Yes Bar: Yes Coffee Shop: Yes King room is a solid size with everything you need for a transit stay — robe, slippers, safe, mini fridge, tea and coffee, iron and board, and a flashlight in the closet. Shower-in-tub bathroom setup — unusual but works fine. Decent views from the room. Lounge had a good evening spread with hot items, desserts, and bar selections. Had to fly out early so wasn't able to try breakfast, but the fish and chips from the kitchen were very good. Staff throughout were friendly and easy to deal with. Not much in the immediate area — this is a true airport hotel. But for a layover or transit stay it does exactly what it needs to do. Really all you need as a transit hotel. Really excellent service (I had Lorraine on the front desk for check in who was great with fixing my double booking). Beds a little hard for my taste but better than you usually find in Asia. Very clean, rooms have blackout curtains and I didn't hear any noise from outside/hallways
It's not a luxury hotel, but its great for a short overnight stop. The location is truly top-notch and it's convenience is probably what travelers look for when booking the property. I'm going to reinforce from a guests's standpoint that it is as convenient as the hotel advertises. Just note you'll need a shuttle to get to the airport and its not connected. It's also super close to the MRT. Rooms are pretty good, again nothing luxurious, but its perfectly acceptable for a short overnight stay. Staff were super professional and the hotel overall was well staffed. Tons of English-speaking staff.
