Humble House Taipei, Curio Collection By Hilton

I had a wonderful stay at this Curio hotel in Taipei. Han went above and beyond by accommodating my request for a room upgrade and a late checkout, which made my overnight layover so much more comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The location is another huge highlight. It’s within walking distance of many of Taipei’s top tourist attractions and shopping destinations, including Taipei 101, Breeze Shopping Mall, the MUJI flagship store right next door, the Pokémon Center (about a 5-minute walk), and the 24-hour Books.com bookstore. It was incredibly convenient to explore the area on foot. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Taipei. Highly recommended!

We had our engagement ceremony at Humble House and everything was perfect. Eva, Chris and Lucy were with us every step of the way to ensure we were receiving all the information and help we needed and that everything runs smoothly. We are grateful for the entire team for making our day perfect! This hotel is perfect for its hospitality, view, location and staff! Food was also excellent :)

I stayed at Humble House recently. When I arrived, the staff at the ground floor lobby were polite and proactively helped with the elevator. The first room I checked into had a slight musty odor that made me cough a little. After I contacted guest services, they quickly changed my room, and the new room had no issues. I appreciated how promptly they handled the situation. During my stay, the housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy. The air conditioning was easy to adjust, so the room did not get too cold at night, and it was quiet without outside noise. The location is convenient for walking around the Xinyi shopping district without needing to take a cab. I will choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Received a very welcomed and warm service here! Stayed on Sun & Fri separately for a business trip. The reception lady remembered me and upgraded my room for the second night. The concierge gentleman also remembered me leaving for another city during the week. How sweet it is! The bed and pillows are comfortable and the room is quiet. Breakfast is normal with limited options but the noodles counter is yummy.
