The hotel itself was okay and served its purpose. The rooms were clean, but the property is starting to show its age and could benefit from some renovation. What disappointed me was the service at the front desk, which often felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Another strange experience happened during breakfast. The buffet was open until 10:00 AM, which was clearly displayed. At around 9:30 AM, while many guests were still eating, a staff member came directly to my table and reminded me that breakfast would only be served until 10:00 AM. I had already been there for a while and was not the only guest in the dining area. The interaction felt unnecessary and came across as if I was being encouraged to leave early. Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but the customer service could be improved.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The location and facilities were also excellent, making the experience both convenient and relaxing. The only area that could be improved is the pillows. They were a bit too soft for my preference, and I experienced some neck soreness the following morning. Offering pillows with different firmness levels would further enhance the guest experience. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.
