My sister and I had an excellent stay here last week. Bed and pillow was the most comfortable we’ve slept in in a long while. Cleanliness was 5 stars, as was their private in-room onsen experience, breakfast ayce selections, and customer service. 10 out of 10 will stay here again next time.
everything perfect except the dehumidifier was very noisy and does not have quiet mode to use during sleep. there are some activities arranged for guest to spend time, and we were allowed to come back for a shower after check-out which is very considerate!
I booked a premiere suite for 2 nights and I sincerely wished I stayed another 1-2 nights for my total Taiwan trip. The hotel exceeds expectations. I expected a 4-5 star boutique hotel, I would put the comparative experience to exceed other 5 star hotels that I stayed at in Taiwan. First the suite was very comfortable: two showers and two spa grade soaking tubs. The decor was minimal yet very classy. Its theme is more wellness than decadence but I found it to exemplify both. The hospitality was top notch and requests were attended to within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. The complimentary breakfast had very fine dishes with thoughtful and complex ingredients. Honestly the best hotel breakfast offerings I’ve ever had: restaurant quality dishes and attentive service. The neighborhood was also unique as it’s in a quiet yet dense urban area that gave a more accurate depiction of average Taipei communities. Zig zagging in Ubers through the city streets at night in Beitou and the surrounding areas really encapsulated the Taipei experience for me. The hotel itself was extremely luxurious, a true 5 star, boutique hotel.
Amazing location right next to the train station, 7-11 and lots of restaurants. It made getting to tourist spots so easy. The room was spacious, fully equipped (even had a dehumidifier!), and the bed was super comfortable. The absolute highlight was the private hot spring tub in room, so relaxing. The staff were also wonderful and always ready to help.
Everything was good, only complaint is regarding the gym. I appreciated the room a lot, the staff sending us to our room was also lovely, the bed was comfortable and the in room hot springs werre unmatched, the water was lovely. Putting two treadmills and a bike machine feels phony to call it a proper gym... at least have some weights. I think the location is good, despite being far from the city centre it was basically next to the MRT station. I recommend the breakfast heavily, the coffee, the small dishes and many choices were amazing. particularly the broiled chicken soup was really really good.
