Love my stay; though it's one night. It's stylish and comfortable, most importantly, clean. Love the small and well-equipped gym also. Also appreciate the laundry room ~ the staffs are wonderful and beyond.

Really enjoyed our stay here, definitely lives up to the Hilton name!! Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Taipei Room is new, spacious & well maintained. Love that the toilet is separate from the shower! Staff were super friendly & helpful too. Location is great, just behind the station & only 2 stops away from Ximending. There’s a Starbucks downstairs, with McDonald’s, restaurants & a supermarket all within walking distance. Super convenient!!

The hotel has a very nice lobby, modern and big, with lots of working spaces. Rooms are a bit small but manageable. Bathroom is nice. If you're unlucky, then your window faces a bigger road outside and you can sometimes hear motorcycles, or in our case: ambulances in the middle of the night because of the nearby hospital. That's very annoying. The beds are way way way too soft, really sink in there. The pillows are good. The hotel doesn't have breakfast but you can buy credits for the adjacent Starbucks. For the price of this hotel, and the fact that it's a 4 star hotel ,I don't wanna have breakfast at a freaking starbucks, but just want some basic breakfast: scrambled eggs or something.

We were here from 7-11 Aug with our little baby and absolutely loved our stay. Special thanks to the concierge team on duty on 7 Aug afternoon assisting our check-in. Also, the same team on duty on the weekends afternoon and Mon evening. They have been exceptionally helpful, especially assisting with our breastmilk storage for our little one. While the weekend was hit with rain & winds from the passing typhoon, we were happy that it gave us chance to enjoy our room a little more. What we absolutely loved about the place is the hospitable team, and also the condition and quality of the amenities. 💯 for the soundproofing in the room, we barely heard any sounds except for the occasional ambulance sirens. The team also provided steam steriliser, baby cot, milk warmer and a baby bathtub for our stay, and these gestures touched us in big ways. We look forward to be back soon, and hoping to meet the same great team ane that the hotel will continue to stay in pristine condition!

I'm about to depart to airport but want to leave my positive review for the hotel. We stayed from 07/21/26 to 07/24/26 and then from 07/30/26 to 07/31/26. Both stays were very pleasant. The front desk staff were very couteous, understanding and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The free laundry service also helped us a lot during summer vacation. We also stayed in Hilton at Singapore Orchard in between but we like Hotel Resonance way better. Thank you for team's service and work!
