Had a great time staying at this hotel in Yilan💯 The room was sparkling clean and the beds were so comfy (special thanks to Kevin!)☺️ Room AC was strong, had common amenities like a mini fridge and a water dispenser for hot, cold, and sparkling water on each floor. Enjoyed the private hot spring a lot😍 The game room was also a definite plus point as the shops around close around 8+pm when we were there, had a variety of games (air hockey, basketball, foosball etc)☺️
Had an enjoyable stay here, hope to visit again one day☺️
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel PIN Jiaoxi in Yilan. What really stood out to us was the exceptional service by 阿蒙 — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
Another great highlight was the complimentary afternoon snacks and light dinner provided by the hotel. The food was delicious and was such a thoughtful touch, especially after a long day of exploring Jiaoxi. It added a lot of value to our stay and made the hotel feel even more welcoming.
The overall experience was comfortable, relaxing, and beyond what we expected. The combination of excellent service, thoughtful complimentary food, and a pleasant atmosphere makes Hotel PIN Jiaoxi a place I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Yilan.

We had a great time staying with this hotel. The staffs are good and the facilities are good and we had fun playing with those facilities. They provide breakfast, afternoon tea and late-night snacks, actually more like light night meal. Food is good, breakfast in particular. With the room rate, they have excellent breakfast. Kids like the playroom so much. They provide drinking water and sparkling water. The location is excellent that is very close to restaurants and other stores and shops. The only thing we were slightly concerned is the space of the room is a bit small. There are no proper seats and table for us to eat and chilled…
the location was perfect, there were many facilities in the hotel itself and also nearby food places. room was very comfortable and amenities were good effort as well. thank you to xiang and imy good conversation with the staff here. will definitely come back.
Location is good, near to the bus station, very convenient to take buses to Taipei.
Rooms were clean too, just a tad small. Hot spring was good, love that we can enjoy it in our private bathroom.
Beds and pillows were comfy.
Best point was the bathroom door blocks a lot of the noises so we can continue to enjoy the hot spring late at night without disturbing the others in the room.
Shower and toilet is separate. Toilet bidet was great.
Really enjoyed our stay here, only pity was we didn't have time to enjoy the other facilities in building 2.
