Hotel Intrendy

The room and bathroom are very large, but the space has a few issues. There was a light cigarette smell when we arrived. Also, the room lights are way too dim, making it hard to do makeup. The bathroom has a clear glass door that lacks privacy, which is very awkward if you are not traveling as a couple, even with the blinds down. It is not a convenient setup for two ladies sharing a room.

Rooms were clean and spacious. It had a 4 piece bathroom . Hotel is two blocks from the MRT Airport to Downtown line. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and healthy with a wide selection. Was able to store my luggage while we travelled to other cities in Asia. Would definitely stay there again.

She handled our situation with such genuine empathy and impressive problem-solving skills; her ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure was a lifesaver. We also want to thank the Manager, whose instrumental role and willingness to step in were vital in resolving our problem. My room was nice and quite spacious even though I believed it was the smallest among rooms on the same floor. Layout and functionality was great (switches, sockets were convenient to use). Location is great. About 3-4 min walk to MRT and 7-11. The neighborhood is quiet so I had great sleep staying there. The receptionist was also helpful. Great value for the price.
