Kind of disappointed in my stay. My 4th time staying here with the last time being 3 years ago. I booked the 2nd biggest room here and got a room with stained carpets in many, many spots. Not just stains, but general wear and tear made the carpet look so old. You get 4 cabinets in the room, but why? All of them are empty. Should have used the space for decorations or something. I got 2 cans of coke and 2 bottles of tea in the mini bar, which is good, but how about 2 free bags of chips also? The sofa was also stained. Definitely do not recommend now.

That’s the hotel you wanna come back. Starting from an amazing spacious room~ bed which you do not wanna leave, everything beautifully design. Diffrent light scene to match you mood, voice AI assistant to make your stay easier all small things making room perfect to rest after an intense day outside and all of it top with a kind and helpful stuff. Beautiful swimming pool with a great view over city and well equipped gym
I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sinban in Taipei in 2026. The staff were extrimely attentive and helpful. They even try to fix my suitcase! The food at the restaurant was fresh with a lot to choose from. Room was clean, and cosy. I had a lovely time in Taipei, Taiwan. I hope next time I can visit the rise fields. All of my friends said it was extraodinary.
Surprising good location, connected to all tourist spot and the hotel is very near to the station. Because of its popularity it lead to my disappointment of not getting late check-out, and fully occupied gym (which is shared with the hotel beside it). Nevertheless, throughout the stay, the room is cleaned and tidy daily. Our daily breakfast buffet was what we look forward to everyday because of the manager by Zhe Ting who provided back pillow for my preg wife, the service staff - Abby who always clear out table politely and Wei Hang who understood the task and provide well cooked and delicious omelette for my wife. Definitely, recommend to friends visiting taiwan.
I’m writing this review while currently staying at the property. The staff at check-in was friendly, and the facilities overall appear clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, our room experience has been the complete opposite. We were assigned Room 1410, which at first seemed like a wonderful corner room. However, after traveling for nearly 18 hours from the United States, all we wanted to do was rest, and we quickly realized that would not be possible. There was an extremely loud, constant clanking noise coming from behind the wall. It was obvious to me that it was related to a water pipe issue, and the sound was so disruptive that sleeping was impossible. I contacted the front desk, but after waiting about 10 minutes with no response, I had to call again and explain that we desperately needed sleep after a long international trip and requested immediate assistance. Eventually, a very kind staff member came to the room and confirmed the loud noise herself. At that point, the situation had to be escalated to management, who then sent an engineer to inspect the issue. By then, the clanking had continued for well over an hour. Despite the severity of the issue and the circumstances, there seemed to be little urgency from the hotel in relocating us to another room. As expected, the engineer confirmed it was indeed a leaking water pipe behind the wall. Finally, after a lengthy ordeal, the hotel agreed to move us, but this is where the experience became even more disappointing. We were moved from a large corner room into a much smaller standard room next door. After being significantly inconvenienced, being downgraded rather than accommodated appropriately was honestly shocking, especially as a Hilton Gold member who stays at Hilton properties around the world. I travel frequently and have never experienced a situation where such a major disruption was handled with so little concern for the guest experience. As someone who is also a Hyatt Globalist member, this experience has genuinely made me reconsider where I’ll be staying in the future. Unfortunately, we still have three more days remaining at this property. After reading through several other one- and two-star reviews, it’s clear that guest concerns are not always prioritized here. That’s disappointing, because good customer service is ultimately what separates great hotels from average ones. At the end of the day, all I can do is leave an honest review and allow future travelers to decide for themselves whether this is the type of property they want to stay at. Could it have been handled better and more professionally. Absolutely. But it is what it is. * SECOND UPDATE And the saga of poor customer service at this hotel continues. This time, the issue involved access to the executive lounge. When I attempted to enter, the two staff members working the check-in desk denied me access, claiming I didn’t qualify based on my room number. I explained that during check-in, no high-floor rooms were available, so I accepted the first room offered on the 14th floor. After the room issue I mentioned earlier, we were moved to another room. I showed her my gold status on the app and asked her to call the front desk to confirm that my original reservation was for an executive king room on the 22nd floor, which included lounge access, but she refused. By this point, I was extremely frustrated. I went downstairs to the front desk and spoke with a very helpful lady who immediately confirmed that I did have lounge access and said she would notify the lounge staff. We returned upstairs, but by then the experience had already left a terrible impression. Honestly, I didn’t even want to go in anymore, but I did just to make a point. This hotel has gone from a 2-star to a 1-star for me. This has been my worst stay at a Hilton property, and I would never stay here again. I also would not recommend it to any Hilton status member, as they treat loyal guests as though they booked through Expedia or Booking.com with no elite benefits whatsoever. Beware. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
