I am currently staying at the hotel. Been trying many hotels in Taipei and I really like their location, their service and almost decide to stay here all the time in the future Why almost decide. They don't have a desk. They only have a latch for u and a stool that is too soft and low. I have a back ache after working for 30mins. The latch is too narrow with a mirror sticking out that I can't even work. Lucky the house keeping lady got me a proper Ikea chair so I can at least sit ok but the desk is crazy.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great. It was about 6 minutes walk from the subway station. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It may not be the modernist style, but a perfect place to stay in for your trip in Taipei.

Hej Taipei Arena Hotel was a great stay for the price. Good sized rooms, and the bathroom was surprisingly big, which made a nice difference. Breakfast is included, but it's not very good, nothing to write home about. Location wise though, it's great, about a 7 minute walk from the MRT, so easy to get around the city from here. Well situated overall and good value for what you get. Would recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, convenient base in Taipei.

The room is clean and comfortable but the hotel has obviously seen better days. The breakfast buffet is underwhelming. They try to do both Taiwanese and western breakfast foods and end up doing both poorly in my personal opinion. The free snacks in the room is a nice touch. The room's air conditioner is extremely loud. I chose this hotel purely on how close it is to My primary reason to visit Taipei and overall have been pleasantly surprised.
