Hanns House

My family and I had a great experience at Hanns House. It is located less than a 15 minute walk from Taipei 101 and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. It was also across the street from a Taiwanese breakfast spot and 7-11/Family Mart that we visited daily. The service and hospitality was great. We had an issue with our safe and it was resolved, promptly. When we asked for towels, they were brought up immediately. The only issue we had was that the water was shut off for about 30 minutes and we had no water pressure or ability to use the toilet. Lastly, the room was the star of the show. We had a king suite that was huge with an office, kitchenette, living room area, and master suite with a King bed in the corner of the hotel with lots of windows so it welcomed the sunlight. It was a perfect room to gather with friends and children. I would stay here again with my family and recommend anyone to stay here if they are visiting Taipei in the vicinity of Taipei 101.

I’d like to come back here again. I felt this was like home. 1. All staffs are very attentive and supportive. At the reception, Jeffery spoke Korean which made me feel welcomed. At the entrance, a staff without eyeglasses helped me to get a taxi and find a correct address to type in Uber. I really appreciated it for his time and support. 2. A room was really clean and spacious. I could open three luggage. It has a laundry room I used iron board there on the 3rd floor. Also the hotel has a laundry service. 3. Breakfast was okay. As this hotel is located at the centre, I usually went out to have breakfast. 4. Checking-in/out progress were all quick and very friendly.

Location is nearby Taipei Dome. About 10 mins walk. Easy to locate. Nearby sogo and mrt station. Friendly guest reception staff Irene who helped me with my parcel delivery. Love the clean and spacious room and the laundry room. Breakfast is still ok, can't be fussy. Taipei has rules on amenities so be sure to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and bedroom slippers. I'll return again!

A huge thank you to the reservations team, especially Kitty! She was incredibly kind and prompt in resolving my booking confusion and processing my refund. I really appreciate her excellent support and outstanding service! It was very unlikely of hotels and corporations to support individuals, however she went out of her way to support me and provided resolution to my concern even post her shift was over, this is the kind of service that makes you wanting to come back. My next trip, i am sure to stay here with them all thanks to Kitty.
