It's second time here at the Grand Hyatt and there will be many more stays in the future. Love the buffet, I wish there were more vegan options though since a lot of dairy is mixed in the food. But shoutout to Elsa from the buffet for being so helpful, thoughtful, and friendly!
I love the spa after a good workout. Love the amenities! (Sauna, steam room, hot bath, cold plunge, and vanity desks available).
Rooms are clean and spacious but recently there was this odd musty smell in our room. The team were helpful by giving us a dehumidifier. Thank you Grand Hyatt for another great stay!
We had a wonderful dining experience at ZOGAZAGA, and one of the biggest reasons was the outstanding service provided by Val.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Taipei. The location is excellent, with easy access to Taipei 101, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection with something for everyone. It was one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had.
A special thank you to Owen, who went above and beyond to help us extend our stay after Typhoon Bavi disrupted our travel plans. He was understanding, professional, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. His outstanding customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.
Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Taipei for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, outstanding breakfast, and exceptional staff. We would gladly stay here again.
I had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Taipei. The hotel's location is hard to beat, with easy access to many of Taipei's top attractions, shopping, and public transportation. The property is well maintained, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help, making the entire stay feel welcoming from check-in to departure.
The breakfast offered a great variety of both local and international options, and the hotel's amenities were excellent. Overall, the Grand Hyatt Taipei delivers the level of comfort and service you'd expect from a luxury hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei.
We stayed in a suite room at the Grand Hyatt Taipei from May 22–25 and again from May 29–June 1, for a total of 7 nights. Our experience was excellent from start to finish.
The service was outstanding, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. During our stay, I asked for assistance making a reservation at a nail salon for two people, and the team efficiently arranged a convenient appointment time for us.
We were especially touched by the personalized service from Ni Huang, Duty Manager – Grand Club. Before our return stay on May 29, she sent us a welcome email and kindly asked for our estimated arrival time so that our room could be prepared in advance. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued and welcomed.
The attention to detail and genuine hospitality provided by the team made our stay very comfortable and memorable. We sincerely appreciate the high-quality service and warmth we received throughout our visit. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
