Chose this hotel because of it's conveniently located within walking distance to MRT mass transit system as well as nearby highway. It's also located between Taipei City and the airport which makes it pretty ideal for travelers🤩. Room is clean, decent in size (the white light is a bit harsh), and the service is straightforward. Some other reviewers mentioned that the AC can not be adjusted but we were able to lower the temp to suit our needs. The gym is quite basic, no serious weight equipment. No swimming pool, has a sauna that you need to change your room card on other to gain access. There's an coin-op laundry room at the basement which is a plus. By the way, don't forget to return room keys to front desk because they charge NT$300(about $10 USD) for each card if not returned 😬. You should give this place a try if you decide to stay somewhere out of busy Taipei city and yet easy to get to the airport.

What a terrible experience. Because my first stay at this hotel was great, I decided to book it again—but this time, it was awful. Due to some delays, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until after midnight. The parking lot display showed there were still spaces available, but actually no space(B1-B3). Since the gate was closed I couldn’t get out, so I ran up to the first floor and told the front desk(a somewhat overweight guy) to open the gate immediately because my son and the car were still stuck in the parking area. After that, I had to drive around looking for a public or private parking lot. Finally, around 2 a.m., I went back to check in, but the same front desk made things difficult for me. I showed him my booking confirmation email and my ID, but he insisted on seeing a “reservation confirmation letter,” which the hotel had never sent me. After arguing about 30 minutes of back-and-forth, I decided I didn’t want to stay anymore and asked for a refund. He agreed. But he said could not do it in that day. I insisted the document as proof instead because he said verbally info is okey), but even now, I still haven’t received my refund.
A bit run down rooms and bathrooms. Slow and unreliable WiFi so bad for work. Noisy neighbours with thin walls. Expensive for the quality of the rooms. Breakfast is average as well, especially for vegetarian food. The service is really good, so 5 stars for that. But overall, not great. Might not stay here again.
The hotel is good, clean and spacious. I like the room size, and the view in the room. However, The front desk staff had a cold attitude, whenever during check-in, calling for help, or asking questions in person, which made me feel unwelcome and unable to get helped. Besides, I noticed there is unorganized work in the hotel. My booking included breakfast, but I had an early flight. I spoke to the front desk the evening before, and they said they could pack a sandwich for early check-in guests. They noted my breakfast request. However, when I checked out early the next morning, the front desk was unaware of my takeaway breakfast request. There are 2 soft drinks in the fridge while no bottle water in it. I am not sure those drinks are for free or need to be paid. There is no any sign in the room, and front desk didn't mention it neither.
Had a great stay at this hotel. Our Superior Twin room was spacious, clean and came with a view of the city. Our room also came with a bathtub that we wasn’t expecting for some reason, and the Japanese style toilet bowl was a wonderful surprise. The lobby is grand and welcoming, so it was always wonderful to come back after a long day outside. I liked that there’s a small gym and a laundromat with 3 washers and 3 dryers (and an ironing board) at the basement that accepted contactless credit cards. It was easy to do laundry without being in the cold, when it was just a lift ride away. The hotel also opens its dining lounge at level 2 to hotel guests outside of breakfast hours. There were wifi, coffee, snacks, iced drinks and we spent much time there discussing our plans and for me to do my work. It was really comfortable. Convenience store is just across the street, and a toy store for my kid is just minutes away. Behind us we had incredibly easy access to a supermarket, with many restaurants along the main street. My only issue is that the soundproofing between rooms are not fantastic - we could hear many people speaking from both adjacent rooms. But this didn’t pose a big problem during the time we were there as it was when everyone was awake.
