Great location, super convenient to food and shopping. Clean and generously sized rooms. The bathroom could use a bit of an update but appreciated the bidet! Staff was accommodating and always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Great find! Hotel was very clean, from the lobby to the rooms and common areas. The room we got was well-illuminated and larger than what it seemed in photos on Booking.com. Loved that the toilet had a bidet that functioned properly. Our request for a quiet room was met, perhaps as we were there mid-week. They were also able to provide a bathroom stool for kids - it's a simple thing but even some 5-star hotels have not been able to. There's a simple kids play area on 4F, and a dining area on 7F, where complimentary coffee and biscuits are available daily until 10.00pm. Plenty of shops, bus interchange is a short walk. Staff were all very warm and helpful - one even showed us the directions to a breakfast place when we asked for recommendations. Overall, it's a simple accommodation that serves its function superbly.

The room was neat and clean. The hotel offered laundry facilities at Level 9 and 10 with dryer and iron as well. We found this extremely convenient. While they didn't provide any bottled water, they had water dispenser at the lift lobby on every floor. That was helpful. the beds were the best, but the pillows were too soft that my partner had to stack 2 together. We brought along an air mattress and pushed the green sofa beside the bed to create a small bed for our 3yo. Aircon was great, playroom was ok and there are quite a few food options downstairs. The hotel is obviously refurbished. Hope they will replace the silicon on the bathroom door.

I stayed at Fullon about 4 weeks ago and I am still thinking about my wonderful experience here. I checked-in last-minute on a national holiday and staff was very accommodating. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Andrea, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I can't speak Mandarin but it was not an issue since some employees speak English. The room was spacious and exceedingly clean and the size of the bathtub was impressive. Best bath I had in my entire trip to Taiwan, lol. The gym is also great with lots of equipment. Plus, the room was very quiet which I appreciate as a light-sleeper. I will definitely visit this hotel again in the future. Special thanks to Andrea for making my stay so enjoyable. Fullon Hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated and outstanding team member!
