There are many facilities for children, especially a small spa pool where kids had a lot of fun. The breakfast was also quite good, but I personally found the pillows not very comfortable to sleep on.

We stayed here for one night. There are many things that I could say, but I must focus on the issue that is relevant and most important to most travelers: safety. My wife used the hotel-supplied hairdryer but her hand was burned by the plug (see photo below). Not by the hairdryer itself (as of course the hairdryer body gets hot when in use), but by the plug. The power from the sockets in the room seemed intermittent, so I'm not sure whether it's a problem with that specific hairdryer, or a general electrical issue. So please be aware of potential safety issues (fire) and of your own personal safety (getting burned) if you stay at this hotel. Sadly this issue of maintenance and safety wasn't a one-off to issue. There are many missing tiles in the swimming pool on the 3rd floor, so it's easy to stub your toe when in the pool. I also got hit by a loose tile that was floating in the water when the spa jet was activated - which was quite painful! Therefore, I suggest that guests be careful if they stay here...! Finally, something that was worrying was the attitude of the higher management. While the front desk supervisor was very helpful and understanding of the situation, the higher manager refused to come out from the office and initially only offered some perfunctory gifts (e.g. a dessert). After more than an hour of discussing the problem with the front desk staff, we were finally offered some form of monetary compensation. To me, this suggests that higher management doesn't attach sufficient importance to either the concept of hospitality, or to safety issues (I'm not sure which!)
