The staff were truly friendly and very attentive. The Turkish employee, in particular, was extremely helpful; he assisted us in resolving an issue within the hotel that was caused by us. Thank you.

Went here for a business trip and had an amazing experience. Room was so clean, service was always amazing. Checking in and out was very easy, and it had a very convenient area to get picked up by uber.

Clean, safe and good buffet breakfast. Great customer service from hotel staff… they help me to retrieve my power bank which I forgot pack it in, after I have checked out . Daily & frequent shuttle bus service to mrt & the famous Lala port mall .

We stay at this hotel for Computex. For the price, this hotel is pretty much unbeatable. The service and attention to detail by the staff is A+ class. The rooms are nice and comfortable. It’s a short trip to the Nangang halls. The only downside is walking around the area isn’t great and there’s no nearby 7/11. Besides that, highly recommended!

Staying at The Forte Hotel Xizhi this week. While the location is tucked away in a quieter district away from city center, it is strategically positioned for the Nangang Exhibition Center and Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport. The property appears to have undergone refresh; the exterior and interior feel fresh. The lobby is impressively spacious and serviced by six efficient elevators. One of the biggest draws here is the footprint—hallways are wide, and the guest rooms are significantly larger than what you’ll find in downtown Taipei. The accommodation is excellent: a comfortable bed, powerful water pressure, but the a/c is a bit warm even at 18C setting so they moved us to another room with working air-conditioning. The staff are efficient but they could smile more. Breakfast is sufficient with fresh selections.
