Location is perfect but there are couple of reasons that I will not choose this hotel next time:
1. Room is too small and crowded.
2. No lotion in the room and we need to ask for it. How inconvenient.
3. Very dark in the room. You need to curtain down when showering and it makes your room very dark.
4. I got diarrhea after having their soy bean milk.
5. Don’t like the design of the toilet. You need to use curtains to cover yourself and very inconvenient. When u are showering, people can’t use the toilet.
Ruby from the front desk assisted us with the check-in process. She was kind, poised, and had a million-dollar smile. She introduced the hotel facilities professionally, explaining everything clearly and patiently. I barely had to ask any questions because she had already covered everything we needed to know about the hotel. She made the check-in process smooth and efficient, while also giving us a very professional first impression of the property.
As informed, we were upgraded to a better room. Although the room felt a little dated, but we did not mind too much. We especially enjoyed the private hot spring in the room.
The main downside was the weak soundproofing. We could hear neighboring guests going in and out of their rooms, as well as people talking in the hallway. In addition, construction noise could be clearly heard when we first entered the room, and it was fairly loud. Thankfully, the noise stopped later in the afternoon, so it did not affect our evening stay at all.
On-site parking is available both outdoors and in the indoor basement area, with plenty of spaces provided free of charge. Complimentary snacks are also offered for in-house guests from 14:30 to 16:00, and again from 21:30 to 23:00.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The private hot spring was definitely a huge bonus, and we truly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely remember this as one of the places to stay when visiting Jiaoxi in the future.
Overall a great hotel with amazing service. All rooms are equipped with an onsen with water from the source, and they have facilities like pools a gym and a kids room.
This is a wonderful hotel and it was my second time to stay with. I love it because the service people are super friendly and the hotel is clean and quiet. Everytime when I come back, I feel so relax. Also we have two kids. They are very enjoy their play area and swimming pool outside. Inside the room, you can load the hot spring water in your big tub and enjoy the quiet moment . It did refresh my body and mind. I will definitely come back again.
All of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, and they also offer convenient shuttle service. We traveled with our little one and planned to visit the night market in the evening. With jet lag and no stroller, I honestly didn’t think we would make it. I decided to ask the front desk if they had a stroller available for guests. I felt a little embarrassed to ask, but to my surprise, they actually did! I was so thrilled!! they truly saved our day!! Highly recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here again.
