A wonderful hotel to enjoy. The staff are super friendly. Rooms are comfortable with very comfy beds and a great walk in shower. The breakfast buffet is good but could be improved. The bar is small but offers fun specials including happy hour. Close to a huge outlet mall. Lastly, it is right on the MRT line which is really convenient. TPE Airport is about 20 minutes taxi ride. I will return for certain.
Friendly staff and a great location near malls. Loved the kids’ pool and the 3rd-floor workspace. Note: there were some bugs in the room and the floor cleaning could be better. Also, don’t miss the amazing iced latte at the 1st-floor Starbucks!
Overall good experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It definitely helped that we also got a free upgrade. The hotel has a small play area for children, a small swimming pool, as well as a decently-sized gym - these are useful. Location-wise, this is a 10-minute walk from the outlet mall, and along the way there are plenty of F&B outlets as well as convenience stores. Car parking is also relatively easy, although the individual lots were somewhat small for our van. Service was good, and most of the staff members were friendly. The lady at the bar (don't remember her name, but included her picture) was great - very friendly and helpful.
Exceptional service especially with most of the front desk staff, very accommodating, friendly and professional. The buffet and the bar offers great variety of food and drinks, and the staff also very attentive and efficient. The pool and the gym are both outstanding!!! Location is also absolutely fantastic with MRT across the road and the outlets within walking distance!
Just outside Linkou MRT. Very convenient from airport via the commuter line, a 20 minutes ride. Rooms are a bit small though. Toilet is really a squeeze but the decor is great.
