Facilities are well maintained, location is close to a few theme parks but service and management are disappointing. A red wine spill led to a NT3000 “laundry fee”, with no official pricing list and costs quoted only by mouth — arbitrary and untransparent with no leniency/appreciation for honesty. Even after sending a complaint email requesting an official laundry/replacement pricing list, nothing was provided, showing poor accountability. Guests must even sign for plastic wine cups and a wine opener, breakfast has only a short selection, hospitality towards kids is lacking and some staff can be unhelpful and dismissive. Overall: Be cautious — you may have a so-so/good experience if nothing goes wrong, but accidents reveal the hotel’s petty style and the lack of transparency. Check the one star reviews and news articles of the hotel before booking. My experience makes it hard to recommend especially for families with young children when accidents do happen.
I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the 朝桂 restaurant manager, Mr.Geng, whose warm and courteous hospitality truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. His professionalism and kindness created an exceptional dining experience. A heartfelt thanks to the manager Mr.Geng and the entire team. Your dedication, leadership, and teamwork made this meal not just enjoyable, but memorable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to others.
This is a fun place to take children. It’s also fun for adult to re experience all the childhood nostalgia. There’s a really cool batting cage inside if baseball is in your blood. I’ve always been a sporty kind of guy and loved it. If you got a pitchers arm there’s a pitcher machine to test your accuracy as well. If you’re hungry or need a snack they have snoopy themed snack at their snoopy bus. This place was so cool. I ended getting a snoopy themed baseball and a mini tote lunch bag. This location is smaller than the Japan snoopy store but it’s still a great place for the whole family or if you’re doing a date night. I highly recommend getting some souvenirs they are absolutely adorable. We are from Vancouver Canada so we don’t have this kind of stuff. Great gifts for people who haven’t experienced a snoopy store yet.
This resort has many different activities from Baseball hitting to a Baseball Hall of Fame—free entry—to interactive games for kids (and big kids). In the baseball shaped building you find the Hall of Fame and interactive installments, spiraling downward on the ramp you finally get to ground floor where one can attend a show with expert actors in the bottom of the “baseball”. There are restaurants worthy of Michelin stars including my favorite type—vegetarian. There is a hotel and wedding venue, a real baseball field, a badminton court, and extensive floral grounds where the majority of the property is surrounded by an idyllic man-made brook. A special word must be said for the live show we attended in the bottom of the baseball building. —> The whole team presented an exhilarating performance geared toward children (this was a Sunday afternoon at about 3:30pm.) The sound and lighting crew were on target. Each of the four cast members played their parts about a baseball player who wanted to be a professional. They were funny, engaging, and even gave many opportunities for interaction. We all got a good group picture with the cast at the end. Normal tickets are $380 for ages 3 and up. Aside from the higher prices for many of the available activities it is worth coming. Everything else is great! The Baseball building is actually free to enter but most activities and games inside are paid.
