Staff were very professional. Very clean and spacious rooms. Loved the congee and ice cream and coffee for guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Taiwan. The hotel is near bakeries and convenient stores and the subway.

Our triple deluxe room was not ready, and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a king bed and a queen bed (with a tv!), a walk-in closet, and a separate living area with a couch set and TV with a mini bar. Our bathroom had a shower, two gold sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a toilet with a bidet and heated seat, as well as a Dyson brand hairdryer. The breakfast buffet spread was very impressive; I even overheard people complementing the chef. They had plenty of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and vegan food selections. FYI, the location of the hotel is close to everything you need to enjoy Taipei (i.e. restaurants, shopping, Metro station, bus stops, etc.) We enjoyed our stay so much, my daughter asked why we couldn’t stay there for our entire trip. Needless to say, we will definitely be coming back!

The design is sophisticated, and the staff are superb and very respectful — they even bow to guests when handing over the key and after check-out. The room is tastefully designed, featuring a rotatable TV table, high-tech toilet, copper sink, bathtub, shower area, bidet, iron, ironing board, fridge, coffee and tea setup, free evergreen snacks and drinks, a Dyson hair blower, and even an umbrella available to borrow — plus many other thoughtful amenities. The bathroom is stocked with luxurious mulberry shampoo and lotus leaf body wash, both of which smell incredible, adding to the overall indulgent experience. Additionally, there’s a drinking water dispenser in the hallway offering cold, warm, and hot water. A unique touch is the complimentary hot sweet soup or porridge available in the main lobby for guests to enjoy. The gentleman in the photo is the one I’m referring to — he provided exceptional service, making our stay even more memorable. There’s truly nothing more we could ask for — it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I have a very high opinion of this hotel. The overall design is elegant and tasteful. Although it feels a bit aged, it exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom also has strong water pressure, which adds to the comfort. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Moreover, the location is fantastic—stepping outside, you’re greeted by a variety of shops that let you fully immerse yourself in the authentic charm of Taipei.
