I first stayed here with a friend for three nights in June 2025, and I enjoyed it so much that I came back on my own in July 2026.
Both times, the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.
The only downside was that the amenities were quite limited. The slippers were very thin, and there were no cotton swabs or toothbrushes, so I'd recommend bringing your own.
Other than that, everything was excellent! The shower was spacious, and the water pressure was great. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.
So happy to have chosen this beautiful and conveniently located hotel. Very beautiful inside. On bus route to the National Palace Museum. Great selections for the complimentary breakfast.
The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the main station and easy to find. Staff was nice and spoke very good English.
The room was perfectly sized, although a bit worn down in some areas. I had a huge bathroom with a bathtub, but there was a bit of mold and a weird smell in the shower. Everything else was clean and the bed comfortable (a bit on the harder side, but I prefer that). Depending on the price per night I would recommend it and stay there again.
One complaint: My flight was delayed by one day and when I asked if they could shorten my stay to two nights, they were not able to help me, and referred to booking.com while the booking support referred back to the hotel. If I would have cancelled and rebooked, the price would have been even higher than the initial three night stay. To avoid further support pingpong I sticked to my initial three day reservation and payed the extra night.
Great stay at the City Suites Taipei Nanxi - check-in and check-out were quick and seamless.
I was given a great corner room on the 11th floor which was spacious, clean with separate shower, bath and toilet. The bed was really comfortable. It had all the amenities you would expect including a fridge and kettle.
The breakfast, which was served on the third floor, was very good - also a really nice seating area where you could relax and enjoy a tea/coffee.
All the staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful - many thanks to everyone for making it a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.
Stayed here for about a week and it is nice and centrally located. Stayed in a room double bed without windows and the room was very spacious. Washroom is clean and the bathtub was nice to have. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options for everyone (lots of veggie options). Not sure if the guava juice is fresh but it is good. Clean hotel and service is very helpful. Food options are plentiful with a night market walking distance. Taipei main station is about a 14 minute walk and so are other lines, so it is easy to get around to other tourist destinations. Enjoyed my stay here and recommend. We were visiting from canada.
