This is a very modern and stylish hotel, with some interesting artwork near the entrance. The building is quite tall, with 26 floors. I stayed near the top, where there seemed to be only a few rooms. The room was compact but very clean and comfortable. Interestingly, the window was covered in a way that prevented you from seeing outside, although plenty of natural light still came through. I’m not sure of the reason, but it may be part of the hotel’s design. The hotel’s systems were easy to understand and felt very modern and efficient. The interior was also stylish and well designed. Two bottles of water were provided in the room, and the bedding was fresh and clean. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

I cannot say enough good things about CitizenM. The hotel was modern, and in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Taipei. The staff was attentive and provided excellent customer service. We accidentally left an item in our room after checkout, and the hotel contacted us within 24 hours to let us know, which was greatly appreciated. Travelers should be aware that the rooms are very small (I felt it was smaller than APA in Japan). While I understand space comes at a premium in Taipei, I felt the room size did not quite justify the price paid. The hotel offers a great experience overall, but the value proposition may not be there for those looking for more space for their money. That said, the location, and service make it a solid choice, and I would consider staying here again.

The location of this hotel is absolutely impeccable! My room was on a higher floor, offering a wonderful view. While the room itself was on the smaller side, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the 24-hour bar on the second floor—it was incredibly convenient. The food, drinks, and alcohol served there were all top-notch, making this hotel an excellent choice for business travel. The only areas that could use some improvement involve the technology and entertainment. The self-service kiosk at check-in failed to recognize my passport. Even after the staff stepped in to assist, the issue persisted. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the room's TV did not broadcast the World Cup matches, which are currently the biggest sporting event. Despite these minor issues, it is still a highly recommended place to stay, especially for business travelers.

Very good hotel with many advantages, but also with few things that you need to know before staying. Advantages: clean room, big window, good soundproofing and quiet air conditioner. They provide daily 2 bottles of water and there is small fridge in the room. Super location! It's close to everything, many restaurants for local (just go to the street behind hotel) and for tourists (cross the wide street and walk 5 min south). It's near Main station and this means you can take airport express MTR without need to do connection with your luggage. Also regular city metro (MTR) stations nearby. Hotel has a nice bar that is open late night. Now what to know and to expect. Room is small, not very tiny, but it is beter fits for 1 person, rather than two. No free breakfast even for Titanium members, instead they give you daily allowance $10 USD (ca 250 NTD), while breakfast costs 400 NTD, just tea or coffee 150 NTD, drinks 200-400 NTD. No kettle in the room and no free hot water. This means you can't make noodles yourself or do you own tea. Overall I'm very happy with my stay. Especially I want to thank all hotel staff. Everyone were very helpful and professional, they checked me in early in the morning and allowed to stay couple extra hours at check out.
