Excellent playroom with a lot of car choices to play in the driving course. It has a slide which is quite suitable for kids. And there are video games and ball pool for smaller kids too. For breakfast, there are candy bar that makes kids thrilled even in the early morning. For room, it’s spacious and it’s equipped with a bathtub that is large enough to fit 2-3 small kids to play there. Overall, it is a pleasing experience in this kid’s hotel! I would definitely recommend parents to bring their younger kids here!

We recently stayed her as part of a family trip and I'll start with the positives: - Location wise (big plus): Close to the Luodong night market and the train station - Two story play area with cars for the kids that they can drive around, a remote controlled one for younger kids, ball pit and large slide. - Room was spacious Negatives: - We only stayed here for a night with our kids and thankfully it was only for one night because it was the toughest night with no sleep for us and our kids given how hot the room was. The thermostat was consistently at 25 degrees despite multiple attempts to bring down the temperature. - The A/C also constantly turned off which meant we had to get up again and again to try to turn it back on which made it impossible to sleep. - Eventually we called down and they brought us fans which helped but to have to go through that ordeal was less than ideal - Lapses in housekeeping from them forgetting to put slippers in the room to very visible stains on the sheets. - Soap bottle for hand wash in the bathroom was half filled (definitely odd for us to see this given usually these things get refilled after each guest) - In the kids play area, with the slide, parents should watch their kids carefully because I saw a kid go down by himself and hit his head requiring an ice pack. - At checkout despite the major issues with the AC, no one asked how the stay was or even seemed to care While I really wanted to like it especially since it seemed to provide good value for the amenities provided, the lack of temperature control and the unclean sheets made is less than ideal for us.
The service is acceptable, but for a hotel that heavily brands itself as “kid-friendly,” the reality falls short. You shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for basic items for children—those should be readily available by default in a family-oriented hotel. What’s truly baffling, though, is the policy on room cards. Charging 500 TWD for a missing card is excessive and frankly unreasonable. We’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world, and not once have we encountered a charge like this. It feels out of touch with standard hospitality practices. On top of that, the lack of basic amenities is disappointing. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no kids’ shower gel—these are simple essentials, especially when traveling with children. For a hotel positioning itself toward families, this level of oversight is hard to justify. Overall, it feels like the hotel markets itself to parents but doesn’t actually follow through where it matters.
Nice in social media but not well maintained. Food quality can be improved. Parking on site and very convenient location near Luodong station. Walls need to be painted over since it has scuff marks all over, even in the rooms.

We drove to various sights such as water geothermal park, lucky crayon, tiger brand beehoon (recommended by super friendly restaurant auntie, nice place with high CP, go if you can!), luna plaza etc, always had parking available coming back though be careful when entering/exiting carpark - it's one lane up/down, watch the traffic light signal. Breakfast and housekeeping requires a time slot booking but the restaurant staff is quite flexible and we don't need the entire hour to eat. Kids were always entertained, whether downstairs playing cars/switch/slide or in the room watching YouTube. Could leave them to play while we made trips to the night market to grab dinner. Minor grouse is the lack of hand soap or bar soap - we had one that we took from a previous hotel stay so lucky us but it could be irritating for others. Toilet door does not have a lock, could be an issue if you have toddlers but my kids are older so it's alright. All things said, it's a great hotel if you have kids aged between 6 to 10. Hotel is pretty popular with Singaporeans, more of us than Taiwanese families I feel. Recommend to rent a car and drive if you can. Roads are easy to navigate and you can get to places faster and cheaper than taxis or private drivers.
