Facility was really nice, with good space for the room we booked. All amenities worked, and everything was very well maintained in the hotel. We were always happy to come home to our hotel rooms at the end of our days. We very much recommend this hotel, and the budget is very friendly for all economic backgrounds.

We spent about S$800 for a 6-night stay in deluxe room (without breakfast) and travelled with our 5-year-old child. The location is very convenient, situated right next to Wanhua TRA Station and about a 7-minute walk to Longshan Temple MRT Station. One thing to note is that there aren't many dining options nearby after 6pm unless you're willing to walk over to the Mengjia Night Market area. The room was clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable to use. On Level 8, there is a kids' club, adult swimming pool and gym, with a water dispenser conveniently located just outside these facilities. The kids' club was very spacious, clean and perfect for families with young children. One area for improvement would be the carpet in the room. While the room appeared clean overall, the carpet felt slightly sticky when walking barefoot. As many families travel with children, it would be great if the carpets could be cleaned or disinfected more thoroughly. We also topped up for both breakfast and dinner. The food selection was average. One suggestion for the hotel would be to replace coffee milk with chocolate milk instead. There were white, green, and brown milk cartons available and my 5-year-old assumed the brown carton was chocolate milk when it was actually coffee-flavoured milk. Overall, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's family-friendly facilities. Despite the minor areas for improvement, we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
In summary this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star pricing, very small rooms with average comfortability and nothing special really. The tub is super small even for one person. The location is perfect though because you can go anywhere using train or metro.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel, which truly made our trip memorable. The check-in process was completed in less than a minute, and upon requesting a family room with a good view, we were delighted to be given an amazing panoramic view of Taipei. All the facilities and services were outstanding. The only drawback we noticed was the absence of a latch for the bathroom and toilet.
The room was quite narrow but long, with two single beds placed on each side of the room separated by a tiny bedside table. The beds were true single beds too, not the slightly larger super single size that I usually find in hotels. The room door was also built in a slightly awkward corner, so you do need to be a little strategic about where you stand when opening it. One small frustration was the lift - it takes quite a while to get to your floor, especially during the morning peak period, so do factor in extra time if you are rushing out. That said, the room itself was clean, bright, and lovely. The location was superb - Wanhua Station is literally right next door, which made it incredibly convenient to hop on a train whenever I wanted to head out of Taipei. It is also within a short walk to Longshan Temple and some of the bigger night markets. The buffet spread was pretty good too. Overall, while the room layout and lift waiting time could be improved, the cleanliness, location, and convenience definitely made up for it. I would still happily stay here again.
