We stayed here while visiting Taipei for a few days. The location is extremely convenient (right next to food, MRT, etc), the rooms are very clean, and the restaurant/bakery/etc are well known and very good. I did have one issue with one employee at the service desk which was unpleasant to say the least, but it was addressed quickly by management and handled with speed and care. Thank you ♥️
We stayed here on the recommendation of a family member for our brief trip to Taiwan for family matters. The staff here speaks English so that was helpful as we don’t speak Taiwanese or Mandarin. The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station and is also surrounded by shops and restaurants. We did enjoy their breakfast which was included in our stay- the food was plentiful and offered a range of delicious options including some very delicious coffee and watermelon. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were only there for 4 nights but were able to enjoy the dim sum on the 2nd floor restaurant as well as daily little sushi balls from the main floor Onigiri shop. The bakery on the main floor also offered a wide array of delicious savory and sweet treats. We were also able to arrange for airport pickup and drop off at an additional fee but totally worth it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Taipei city.
Room is OK, bathroom clean but small bathub, bed is big and comfortable but carpet is a little dirty. Service from the housekeepers are very good, they are very caring and gentle people! ☺️ However the service from the staffs are not as good, I brought a meal from seven eleven once to lobby and since it’s 4 pm, they cleaned my room and I didn’t want to spill my food on the carpet or make the room stinks so I ate at the lobby and one of the staffs asked me to go back to seven eleven to finish my meal. 🤨 I had a short argument with her and said that I do not want to spill my food in my room because it’s already been cleaned. So where can I sit then? Unfortunately they didn’t prepare any place for hotel guests to eat our snacks/food beside in our own room. Disappointed. Location is great. It’s near MRT station and there are a lot of convenience stores around. Breakfast buffet very basic, nothing special.
Super customer service. Perfect location. Rooms are a bit old but well maintain. The food in the restaurants are very nice. There are the Taiwanese, Cantonese and Japanese cuisine.
This hotel is located within walking distance of Taipei Songshan Airport. If you are young enough, take a walk; if not, take the bus to the hotel. Specifically, Brother Hotel is located at the Heart of Taipei City, surrounded by banks, restaurants, and street shopping. The best part is their hospitality, as well as the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms, which create a cozy and beautiful environment. I am truly impressed with their buffet, which serves only as breakfast but offers a wide variety of dishes. Even if you are a pure vegetarian, you will not regret staying in this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed their services. The hotel features Japanese, Chinese restaurants, a takeaway bakery, and sushi stores. Last but not least, reception staff and housekeeping staff are customer-friendly. If I visit Taipei again, this hotel will be my top choice.
