Room No. 611 Banqiao Motel on July 22nd. When we checked out at about 5pm, Supervisor Liu wanted to check the room and said he couldn't find the white remote control. The receptionist asked us to go back and look for it, so we all went back to the room to look for it. The remote control is on the small sofa under the TV, covered by a small pillow. We immediately found it for him as soon as we returned, and he blame us and said we should put back into the original places. If we want to put everything back in its place, then better the motel pay us as a cleaner to tidy up the room. Moreover, we can find remote control easily, why he can't find it? If you are only suitable to be a supervisor, please don't do a cleaning stuff, since looking for things carelessly, and acting as if the guests owe you something? We are not your workers? command and blame us 🤷🏻‍♀️ Then we started to argue with him, and he told the front desk directly that we would destroy the room and ban us from checking in next time. And we obviously didn’t destroy anything, how can he say so? Really funny! Finally, he asked us to leave immediately in a very rude tone. Can the service attitude of your company staff be improved? It ruined our mood for the day and caused time delays of our activity.

We arranged to have a party here for a good friend’s 30th party and I must say it was such a lovely surprise when we saw the room. It was really nice and spacious. I liked the way that they had decorated it. It was modern looking. The jacuzzi was really cool. There is literally no privacy even when you use the toilet so be prepared for that. I mean it is a love motel after all so I guess that comes with the territory. It’s cool that you can have parties here though!

The motel is really fantastic a large space inside the villa and good staff. All are amazing there is a garage for car and elevator to reach to the floor dream time
