You won't be disappointed.
The booking experience was slightly anxious as most hotels would have pricing and booking available 6 months in advance, but this hotel was only available 2 months out. However, they are quick to respond to emails and helped us book a dinner at another hotel.
We wish we stayed more at the hotel and spend more time at the indoor hot spring. The hot spring water can be tempered to your preferences, and the tube was super big and fit all 4 of us (2 adults + 2 toddlers). We also enjoyed the play area to keep the toddlers entertained while the other adults pack the bags.
For the same price tag, we would've only been able to book a fairly standard room in the other 2 5 star hotels, so this is very value for money.
They also placed all baby-equipment in the room in advance (even though we didn't ask for it nor do we need it), and it was a very thoughtful touch.
Stayed for 4 days 3 nites. The room was clean with 2 big comfy king size beds and a big clean toilet, reasonably size seating area and bathroom. The hot spring tub was big enough for 3 to soak together. The hill view was claming and peaceful. If only the window can be opened or the glass is cleaner to enjoy the view. I know it is abit too much to ask for since the design of the building does not allow for it. Anyways very good, clean and comfy hotel, will come back again.
Rooms were clean and bright. In room hot spring bath is a plus. Public baths are available too.
2 credits are provided to play VR games. My kids enjoyed it a lot.
While the hotel is a distance away from anything. They do provide free shuttle services to and fro hotel and Bei Tou/Xin Bei Tou station
