2026 update- went for hotspring today and also had a breakfast there. Coffee is a must and they also have some western and Chinese breakfast options available. Different types of teas and drinks are also great as well! Service is excellent as always! After two years I came back to stay here again and noticed the hotel is renovated. Service is good and the bed is super comfortable and the tub is just what I needed after a long day!
The location is a bit hard to find, and the parking lot requires a short walk. The hotel is very clean, with small but charming rooms. The hot spring is authentic and the room is very comfortable. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is high.
We stayed there for 4 nights. We were lucky to be upgraded to a larger room with a huge hot spring tub. The hotel is located at a small street but very close to new Beitou station. The hotel is small but very tastefully decorated and everything is spotless. The staff were friendly and tentative. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended!
Enjoyed my stay very much. The manager and receptionist are very professional yet lovely and delightful folks. The hotel room they gave me was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The condition of the room was excellent as it was very clean and everything worked fine. The bathroom was stocked up with designer soaps and hygiene products. The breakfast was excellent as well; the dining area is compact but they have planned the buffet spread very well for a humble space. Needless to say, the dining area is also lovingly decorated. Second breakfast was a lovely breakfast set that was Taiwanese styled. Their room service has been prompt and responsive. My only gripe is the late check in time of 10pm, which really needs to be earlier. My family likes this hotel very much and we would love to come back again.
When we first arrived, there were no towels in the room, and we needed to request some brought to the room. This was disappointing, as when there are gaps in attention to detail, you wonder what else has been missed, or what shortcuts have been taken. The hot water for the shower took a very long time to heat up, to the point we thought it was broken. Later, when showering after soaking in the hot spring, the hose attachment to the shower head disintegrated and broke off. While the shower head was new, the hose connecting it to the wall was very brittle, and likely old. We reported this to the receptionist, who sent up a worker to come and install a new shower hose while we sat on the bed in our pyjamas. We did not even receive an apology from the receptionist for the inconvenience! If you want to go to a hot spring hotel, please do not come here. It is very disappointing and not worth your time or money.
