Depending on one's itinerary, hotel location is good or excellent. Sumptuous breakfast buffet, large room and huge beds. Pillows are very comfortable. Taipei 101 view room is worth the extra dollars.

Great view, affordable price, just opposite of train station and MRT, shopping mall. Night market just 4min walk way. Wholesale cloth market just 5min walk way. They took advance as security deposit which seems unnecessary to me. Window view seems good to me. Taiwan is bit expensive, as the MRT is nearby, i recommend people to select this hotel

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was nice. Very clean, spacious, quiet and a good view of Taipei 101. Good selection of breakfast. Accommodating staff specially the nice lady from the housekeeping department. And the place is few steps away from the mall that has restaurants to dine in (that’s A-plus 👍).

The hotel is good for young to middle age couples. The rooms are modern with that Ikea feel. The view is fantastic! The hotel has good restaurant with food service to the room. Staff was a mixed bag. Some very nice. Some seemed dry to rude. The furniture in the lobby needed to be replaced. Leather chair was totally ripped down the middle. Couch 🛋 worn out. The hotel also starts on the 17th floor. May be an issue for older ones.

Conveniently located opposite Songshan Railway Station and connected via a sky bridge, Amba Taipei Songshan is also next to a small shopping mall and offers fantastic views of Taipei 101, provided you book a room facing that direction. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and equipped with a smart TV featuring YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services. The complimentary slippers were a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast was fairly mediocre, although the dining area offers pleasant views across the city. There are also a few games available in the lobby, which is a nice addition for families or anyone looking to relax. One downside is that both early check-in and late check-out incur additional charges. Also, be aware that you need to take two lifts to enter and exit the building, which can be slightly inconvenient. The hotel also offers free bus shuttle to Taipei 101, but this has to be booked in advance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent views, a great location, and clean, comfortable rooms.
