Aloft Taipei Zhongshan

I strongly recommend this place to anyone, great service from the manager to house keeping person. Perfect location to first-time visitors, convenient to anyplace to visit..Taipei MRT is the best. Night market is behind the hotel area, fun place. Loved everything, people and places...even spa massage service after long days walked around.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of two metro stations, making it easy to get around Taipei. As I was celebrating my birthday in Taipei, I requested complimentary room decoration. However, I did not receive any response until I arrived at the hotel and called the reception to follow up. I was then informed that complimentary birthday decorations were not provided. As for the breakfast, I would describe it as fairly simple, with limited options. However, the dining area offers a nice view and a pleasant cityscape of Taipei. Overall, the room was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and the variety of breakfast options

stayed at Aloft for a business trip and extended my stay for a personal vacation. We ended up extending it even further because a typhoon hit Taiwan over the weekend. As someone who grew up in Malaysia, I've never experienced a typhoon before, so we were naturally a little worried and anxious. Thankfully, the hotel staff made us feel safe, welcomed, and truly at home. Since we had to spend most of the day in the restaurant, I especially want to thank Allen, who was incredibly thoughtful and provided outstanding customer service. He was attentive, caring, and always made sure we were comfortable. I would also like to recognize James and Judy Wei at the front desk. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable while remaining highly professional throughout our stay. Their exceptional service is what truly sets this hotel apart from others. Thank you to the entire Aloft team for turning an unexpected situation into a memorable and comfortable experience.

The service in this hotel is one of the best. We came as a family of 3 (one toddler) and felt so well taken care of! The staff are all so helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile to provide with what we need. Checked in from 5th to 9th June and like to give special thanks to the receptionist Ms. 谢 and another lady (with the piercings) who was taking the shift when we checked in, who were so friendly!!
