The Brick Hotel

A cute hotel where we stayed after the Beehive fireworks. The theme is like Lego bricks with brick characters throughout the premise. There is a statute of liberty brick statute at the front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had two queens beds in our room. There aren’t any closets. There are water drinking dispensers. Make sure you take advantage of the breakfast as it’s a huge selection mainly consisting of Asian food. There’s a 7-11 grocery store if you need a quick drink or snacks. I would recommend staying here.

So this hotel also has a huge play area for kids but tickets are purchased separately. The play area is fun and might be better suited for slightly older kids. Some rooms have themes, and we stayed in the train themed room. The bathroom was quite luxurious. Our room was clean and very spacious. Great for kids to move around.

I’m not sure why the rating are so high, but my experience is that this hotel is not as child friendly as it claims. First of all, room has many hazards for kids, playground on 2nd and 3rd floor are more of a decorations purpose, nothing special about them. Then for the breakfast, most of the fires food are COLD, I mean, how can the fried food be cold on the plate? Fries, fried fish, are all cold on the plate. But… the only upside about this place is probably because it is right next to two attractions. Southern palace museum and another huge kids playground

Super cute hotel with comfortable beddings and clean rooms!! It’s Lego themed and very family friendly. Do note that public transport to and fro from this area aren’t as frequent so be prepared to take taxis / drive. The reception can help you to book a taxi at no additional cost!
